SACRAMENTO – Governor Gavin Newsom today signed Assembly Bill (AB) 1162, authored by Assemblymember Ash Kalra (D-San Jose), effectively restricting the use of tiny plastic toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap, across California hotels and lodging establishments.
