Assemblymember Kalra Releases Statement on AB 1651

The Workplace Technology Accountability Act is a robust and comprehensive policy that would create first-of-its-kind regulations around use of technology in the workplace.

Assemblymember Kalra’s AB 2926, FAIR Act, Clears First Committee

The FAIR Act removes certain labor law exemptions for professional performers and music artists. A similar bill in 2021 was not taken up for a vote in the Assembly Labor and Employment Committee.
